Why do we say that f-orbitals are poor in shielding . When according to Slater's rule inner f-orbitals contribute 1.00, the very same to shielding effect as other inner orbitals.
Isn't the case violated in zinc. Explain please.

The given aldoxime should be a anti-aldoxime. Isn't it? (Since in case of aldoximes, the priority is given to the LP rather than the -OH group. Inversely the priority is given to -OH group rather than the LP, in case the given compound is ketoxime) If not so, is there any other specific reason ?
