In NCERT book of chemistry, page 53, I read that the exact frequency distribution of the emitted radiation (i.e;intensity versus frequency curve of the radiation) from a black body depends upon its temperature and planck could explain the distribution of intensity in radiation from a black body as a function of frequency at different temperatures. As per the text, he explained the same by proposing the fact that wave has a particle nature too. But how did that really explained it ? I'm really confused.
